Whether the SDK reported the expected first-open or continuation event.
Privacy and retention#
Diagnostic events are tenant and environment scoped, use bounded identifiers, and exclude raw personal data. Access requires an authorized administrator role.
Note
A missing event proves only that LocusVia did not observe it; verify device connectivity and SDK integration before concluding the journey stopped.
