Admin Guide

Manage tenants, environments, domains, apps, links, and SDK keys from the control plane.

Access#

Admin Users access LocusVia through invitation-based sign-up. A Platform Admin provisions tenants; Tenant Memberships grant access to a specific tenant with a fixed role (owner, admin, or viewer).

Note

The Admin Identity Service proves identity only. LocusVia grants authorization through Tenant Memberships and Platform Admin records.

Control plane navigation#

Overview — link counts, domain health, recent activity.
Links — create, edit, enable/disable links and their targets.
Domains — add hostnames, attach app platforms, run diagnostics.
Apps — manage app records and platform identities.
SDK Keys — issue, scope, rotate, and revoke SDK API keys.
Analytics — view resolution, fallback, and conversion metrics.
Fallbacks — configure versioned fallback policies.
Settings — tenant config, environments, members, invitations.

Elevated actions#

These actions require an owner-level Admin Role:

SDK key creation or rotation
Domain verification changes
Analytics export
Membership changes

Environment switching#

The control plane supports switching between environments within a tenant. Data access is scoped — links, domains, and keys from one environment are never visible in another.
